Department of Economics

Department of Economics is an important department of this college which has a deep history. It is a matter of great pride that great economists like Shri. Dadabhai Nauroji, Shri. Gopal Krushna Gokhale, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has been eminent alumni of this department. Along with this, various successful students of economics department have been produced in this department. The present member of the 16th Finance Commission of Central Government Dr. Niranjan Rajadhyaksha is also a student of the same department is also a matter of great honor for the Department of Economics.
